Our story
We were born almost by accident, motivated by the growing number of people who were informally seeking advice for their businesses .
Initially, friends and former colleagues sought our guidance on strategic planning , business plan design, product development, sales structuring and management , customer loyalty and relationship building , retail , and other business-related topics.
After a few meetings, we became excited about the opportunity to help people take the next step with their ideas and ventures , and to help them reach new heights .
Since then, we have worked closely with several companies, dedicated to unlocking the full potential of their businesses and their ideas, products, and services.
My name is Diogo
My more than 20 years of experience and leadership in diverse sectors have helped me accumulate a comprehensive set of skills. Successfully navigating global and local roles, I have been able to enrich my perspective and approach in many functions and areas. This vast background has provided me with a solid foundation for my projects as a consultant.

É a ocasião de botarmos a mão na massa, analisando números, ferramentas, processos, investimentos, e qualquer outra frente que julgarmos relevante.
Nesse encontro definimos 3 objetivos, ações prioritárias e como mediremos o sucesso

Bi-weekly sessions
We met every two weeks for two months.
Each session lasts between 1 hour and 30 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the volume of actions and analyses we need to perform.
The idea here is to monitor the progress of the actions, the initial results, and adjust course if necessary.
