Diogo Pires de Oliveira

I'm Brazilian, I've lived in France for a few years, and I've spent the last 20 doing what I love most: putting strategy into practice.

I've worked at companies like GPA Grupo Pão de Açúcar, Groupe Casino, Movida, Votorantim, Cimentos, and Ambev — leading expansions, launching products, building teams, and growing revenue in very different contexts.

Today I help companies and founders do exactly that: get from point A to point B with more clarity, less waste, and better results.

I know both markets from the inside — not as an external consultant, but as someone who has worked there for years.
